Guangdong Nation-Synergy Hydrogen Power Technology Co., Ltd. (“The Company”, “Sinosynergy” ) is headquartered in Yunfu, Guangdong Province. Established in June 2015, the Company has evolved into a leading player with dominant market position in China’s CV hydrogen fuel cell (“HFC”) space. The Company is committed to provide excellent hydrogen fuel cell products and robust system solutions, with the mission to contribute to the society by solving energy and environmental problems.

In 2017, the Company built a world-leading hydrogen fuel cell stack production base, and passed the ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 quality system certification. Thanks to the strong independent R&D and innovation capability, high-quality and reliable products, and excellent service infrastructure, the accumulated market share of the Company's stack products has taken a leading position in the domestic market over the past five years.

The first three buses with Sinosynergy hydrogen fuel cell, delivered by Foshan Feichi Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to Negeri Sarawak (Malaysia), were put into formal operation. It was the first time that the China-made hydrogen fuel cell vehicles were exported abroad.

Jiujun Zhang
Expert of fuel cell proton exchange membrane
The former Chief Scientist of the National Research Council (NRC) of Canada
Mr. Zhang is the Academician of the Royal Society of Canada, the Academician of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, the Academician of the Engineering Institute of Canada, the Fellow of the International Society of Electrochemistry, the Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, the former Chief Scientist of the NRC of Canada, the Dean of the Faculty of Science, and the Dean of the Institute for Sustainable Energy of Shanghai University. He was employed by Ballard Power Systems Inc. as a senior scientist in 1998 and was engage in the research on proton exchange membrane fuel cell. He was appointed as an electrochemistry and fuel cell expert at the NRC Institute for Fuel Cell Innovation (NRC-IFCI) of Canada in 2004. Mr. Zhang has devoted himself to researching electrochemistry for more than 30 years and published more than 450 scientific and technical papers and reports, which have been cited more than 26,000 times (h-index67). He has compiled 20 monographs and 42 book chapters, and has obtained 16 US and European patents.

Mr. Ye is the Academician of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, the Distinguished Professor, the Doctoral Supervisor, the Head and Chief Scientist of the Huangpu Hydrogen Energy Innovation Center, the Economic Advisor to the Governor of Guangdong Province, the Leader of the Fuel Cell Vehicle Expert Group of the Innovation and Development Advisory Committee of the New Energy Vehicle Industry of the Guangdong Provincial Government, the Director of the First Academic Committee of Guangdong Key Laboratory of Hydrogen Energy Technology, the Director of Academic Committee of Yunfu Branch Center of Guangdong Laboratory of Advanced Energy Science and Technology, the adjunct professor of University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo, South China University of Technology, Southern University of Science and Technology (China), the honorary professor of Southwest Jiaotong University, the visiting fellow of Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Deputy Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of SinoHykey Technology Guangzhou Co., Ltd.. He graduated from the University of Duisburg Essen in February 1991, focusing on the hydrogen energy, fuel cells, electrochemistry, electrocatalysis, and energy materials. Henry Liu

Mr. Liu serves as the Doctor and the Professor, the Distinguished Expert of the Overseas Experts Supporting Programs under National Research Platform ("1,000 Talents") in Sichuan Province, the Member of the National Fuel Cell and Flow Battery Standard Society. As the former Technical Head, he successfully helped develop the first fuel cell locomotive in China and the first commercial fuel cell/supercapacitor hybrid tramcar. He worked successively at Tsinghua University and Southwest Jiaotong University, and he mainly engaged in research on hydrogen energy and fuel cell. Then he won the Industry-University-Research Military-civilian Collaborative Innovation Award in 2019 by the China Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration Association, the first prize of the Entrepreneurial Achievement of the China Invention Association and the second prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award.

He has engaged in hydrogen fuel cell technology research for a long time, and has committed himself to solving the main technical bottlenecks of fuel cell industrialization. he has published more than 30 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, and has applied for more than 100 patents. He has won the first prize of Entrepreneurial Achievements of the China Invention Association, and the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Awards in Liaoning and Guangdong provinces for New Fuel Cell Technology Development.。

He has won the first prize of Dalian Scientific and Technological Invention in Liaoning Province and the first prize of Entrepreneurial Achievements of China Invention Association.
